1. General Terms
By accessing Medical Interventions and subscribing to our products (eFertility, MetaDew, Go Live Web Products), you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Services
Medical Interventions provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, including but not limited to:

• MetaDew: [Optional description].

• Go Live Web Products: [Optional description].
  Access to these products is provided on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly) as selected by you at checkout.

3. License & Usage Rights

• Grant of License: Upon payment of fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the selected software for your internal business purposes.

• Restrictions: You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of eFertility, MetaDew, or Go Live; (b) share your account credentials with unauthorized users; or (c) resell the software without our written consent.

4. Subscription & Renewals

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled.

• Cancellation: You may cancel services via your account dashboard. (Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on timelines).

5. User-Generated Content & Data

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all data and content you input into our platforms (e.g., patient records in eFertility).

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input. Medical Interventions acts only as a processor of this data.

6. Medical Disclaimer (Critical for eFertility)
While eFertility and our other tools assist in management and operations, Medical Interventions is not a healthcare provider. Our software does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment suggestions. Decisions regarding patient care are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals using the software.

7. Limitation of Liability
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our platforms. However, Medical Interventions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our platforms.

8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relate to the use of eFertility, MetaDew, or Go Live shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
