Medical Interventions Private Limited primarily provides digital products and R&D services. This policy explains how our offerings are delivered.

Digital products

Our software products are delivered electronically. On successful sign-up or payment, access is provisioned to the email address or account you provide, typically within 1–2 business days. No physical goods are shipped.

R&D services & deliverables

R&D engagements are delivered as reports, protocols, documentation and related materials — usually electronically — according to the milestones in your signed agreement. Where physical samples or materials are involved, delivery timelines and courier arrangements are agreed in that contract.

Delivery confirmation & support

You will receive confirmation once access or a deliverable has been provided. If you have not received your product or deliverable within the expected timeframe, contact sales@medicalinterventions.in and we will assist promptly.
