Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made to Medical Interventions Private Limited for our digital products and R&D services. Payments are processed through PayPal (for international customers) and Razorpay (for customers in India). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the same gateway.

Software subscriptions & licences

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable term. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in your agreement, fees already paid for the current term are non-refundable.

R&D services & project engagements

R&D and project engagements are governed by the specific proposal or contract signed with you. Cancellation terms, milestones and any refunds for undelivered work are defined in that agreement.

How to request a cancellation or refund

To request a cancellation or a refund, email sales@medicalinterventions.in from your registered email address with your order or invoice details. We will review eligible requests and, where a refund is approved, process it to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-refundable items

Custom development, completed R&D deliverables, and set-up or onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.
